Manufacturer's Directions

Take 1 serving with a mixed food meal 60 minutes prior to intense exercise, preferably with a multivitamin/multimineral, which may aid in Vitamin D absorption. For optimal results, use in conjunction with Muscle Marinade® to aid in nutrient delivery and uptake. Avoid taking immediately prior to bedtime as your body's natural growth - release is at its peak.
