I am only halfway through my first case, but I already know I love this product! I work out 5-6 days/week and have been looking for a drink that has more natural ingredients, gives me a little boost of energy for my workout and then helps my muscles recover. I'm cheap...I drink 1/2 of the can before my workout and the other 1/2 after. Works perfectly! I definitely recommend this drink to those seeking a workout drink without the weird, toxic ingredients!
