    Easy to order, great price, arrived on time. Erythritol has a strange cooling sensation on the tongue. I used it to make some peanut butter cookies and it was a weird result... the warmth of the peanut butter and the coolness of the erythritol. I don't get the bitterness or odd after taste of most alternative sweetners. I'm sold on it.

    The product is great for baking, but not very sweet. I use it for cheesecake and have best results mixing it with sucralose in a ratio of 1/3 of the total sweetner recommended in the recipie. I don't think it the best substitute for sugar in foods and beverages consumed directly such as coffee, tea and cereal.

    Love this sweetner. No after taste. You need to use a little more than real sugar. You have buy it online because it's not readily available in stores. It costs quite a bit more but supplementgeeks have the best price. recipe calls for a cup I will use a cup and a quarter. It really has a great taste!!!
